  This section contains the documentation files available for download.
First file is called "Medical description" and contain all the information about my disease. (History, investigation, lab studies, clinical presentation, diagnosis, list of medications)

Second file is called "exams" and contain a Letter of referral which reflect the actual situation regarding the symptoms, and imaging studies over the years.

  This section contain two movies, “Spasm” (4.7Mb), which contain a single file in *avi format, where you can see a manifestation of a spasm, and “Crisis”, four movie files (10Mb each) which contain some relevant muscle activities during a crisis.

To download “Spasm” right click HERE.    then save target as on your hard drive.

To download “Crisis”:
